Removal of the Boil Water Advisory is recommended at this time because the reason for issuing the advisory, Code D1- water distribution system is undergoing maintenance or repairs, has been corrected and the following criteria have been met:
1. One set (3 days) of satisfactory bacteriological water samples has been obtained (absence of total coliform and absence of E. coli per 100ml of sample).
2. Satisfactory free chlorine residuals maintained at the entry of the distribution system.
3. Free chlorine residual is detectable and maintained throughout the distribution system.The town thanks everyone for their patience and understanding.
