East Coast Trail Hike Flatrock (Power’s Lane) to Pouch Cove Lion’s Club (Satellite Road). We will meet at the Lion’s Club at 8:15am to arrange carpooling to Flatrock. At 8:45am we will hike from Flatrock, approximately 6km (1.5-2 hours) and end at the Pouch Cove Lion’s Club. Please wear hiking boots/shoes or supportive footwear and bring water and snacks.
