The parade begins at Cape St Francis Elementary School at 11:00AM and will continue on the Main Road to the end of Pouch Cove. A quiet zone will be located in the area of Shoe Cove Pond with no lights, sirens, music, etc. If you, your business or organization would like to enter a float this year, please contact the Fire Department for guidelines, rules and to pre-register at [email protected].
