Join us for an 8-week Karate program on Monday evenings in Pouch Cove, led by internationally certified Sensei Jeff Hutchings (WJKA/CJKA) and supported by experienced, RNC-vetted Shotokan instructors and coaches.
Classes include:
- Youth, Adult, & Senior instruction
- Adapted Karate programming
- Group warm-ups and foundational skills
- Age and ability appropriate instruction
- Progression through the Budokai/WJKA syllabus
What you need:
A Dogi (Karate Gi) and belt, available through the Dojo for approximately $65. Training equipment is provided. A yoga mat may be required for some classes, there are extra available at the chalet.
