The Town of Pouch Cove is in receipt of an application to establish a business (Glamping) at No. 748 Pouch Cove Line, Pouch Cove. The proposed business will consist of 4 Glamping Domes and 30 Tent Camp Sites available for rental.
The property is located within the Residential-3 (R-3) Land Use Zone and which permits Businesses (Glamping) as a Discretionary Use in accordance with Regulation 90 and Amendment No. 1, 2023, and Amendment No. 2, 2023.
Any person, group or corporation who feel that they may be affected by this development proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be January 24, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
