POUCH COVE MUNICIPAL PLAN and DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2020-2030
St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment No. 6, 2020
The Town of Pouch Cove has adopted the Pouch Cove Municipal Plan and Development Regulations 2020-2030. The Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Municipalities has adopted St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment No. 6, 2030.
A Public Hearing to consider objections and representations on the Pouch Cove Municipal Plan and Development Regulations 2020-2030, and the St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment No. 6, 2030, will be held at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th day of November 2020, at the All Saints Anglican Church Hall.
Anyone wishing to make an objection or representation at the Public Hearing shall deposit with the Town Clerk of Pouch Cove, two copies of a signed written statement outlining the objection or representation by 4:00 p.m. on the 16th day of November 2020.
If no written objection or representation with respect to the Pouch Cove Municipal Plan and Development Regulations 2020-2030, and the St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment No. 6, 2030, are received within the time indicated, the Public Hearing may be cancelled.
