REFUND POLICY - A refund will only be given with written medical documentation stating that the participant is no longer able to take part in the program. Refunds will not be issued for missed program days or holidays. The Town of Pouch Cove reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of removal due to behavioural concerns. I acknowledge that my child will be attending the program on the days registered. I have read and understand the refund policy for the Town of Pouch Cove summer camp program. If your child will be leaving the program, two weeks’ notice is required.(Required)

Payment for Summer Camp: Please note, your registration IS NOT COMPLETE until 50% of payment is received. The easiest payment option is emt to [email protected] with your camper's name, your telephone number, and the weeks that you are registering for listed in the comments section of the transfer. We can also accept debit and credit card at the town office. Payment must be made by May 15th. If no payment is received, your registration will NOT be processed and your place in camp will be given to someone from our waitlist.(Required)
