The Town of Pouch Cove is in receipt of an application for an Accessory Building located at 901 Pouch Cove Line, Pouch Cove. The land is presently zoned Residential-1 (R-1) in the Pouch Cove Development Regulations. The applicant has requested a 10% variance on the 1.5m sideyard. This application is processed in accordance with Regulations 12 of the Pouch Cove Development Regulations. Any person, group or corporation who feels that they may be adversely affected by this development application, are asked to contact the Town Office in writing.
The deadline for written comments shall be 4:00 pm, December 2, 2023.
