The Town of Pouch Cove is in receipt of an application for an extension to an existing dwelling located at 3 Central Hill Road. Due to insufficient lot area, the property is considered as a non-conforming use in accordance with Regulation 49 of the Pouch Cove Development Regulations. The property is located within the Residential-1 (R-1) Land Use Zone and the applicant proposes to vary the size of an existing non-conforming use by adding an extension in accordance with Regulation 49(3)(e).
Any person, group or corporation who feel that they may be affected by this development proposal is asked to contact the Town Office in writing. The deadline for written comments shall be December 4, 2023, at 4:00 p.m.
