The above-noted properties will be offered for sale by public auction at 7 p.m. on the 30th day of March, 2023, at the Anglican Church Hall on 149 Town Circle, Pouch Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador. A description of the properties may be viewed at the Pouch Cove Town Office, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
These properties are being sold on an “as is, where is” basis, and the Town does not make any representations or warranties as to the condition of, or title to, the property. The purchaser is responsible for conducting any searches he or she deems necessary. The purchaser accepts the property description the Town has in its possession. The purchaser shall bear the costs and responsibility of obtaining his or her own survey, if required.
